The insistence from the restaurant staff about tipping felt uncomfortable, making me question their approach to customer service.

I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of our spacious room and the attentive restaurant staff, whose friendly service made meals enjoyable. Waking up to the breakfast buffet was a real treat, with a wide array of delicious options!

The location turned out to be perfect for our San Blas tour, with easy access to transportation. I was really impressed with the spacious King room and the amazing city and ocean views. The breakfast offered a nice variety, and the staff were able to quickly suggest local places to eat, all within walking distance. We also enjoyed some time by the pool, which was refreshing in the heat.

It was just a proper fit for strolling around in Panama City with good price-quality ratio. The staff was really accommodating with our luggage, making us feel welcome. Consider asking for extra clean towels if needed during your stay.

We enjoyed the spacious double room, and the breakfast selection was good, especially the fresh fruits. The location, close to Multiplaza mall, made it easy for us to grab meals and do some shopping with our friends.

My kids wished there were more activities for younger children around the pool area.

Had a great stay, the check-in was very smooth. The staff were undeniably friendly, and helped us with everything, especially when we needed to change our room. The area is packed with restaurants, all accessible by foot.

I had such a great experience! The room was spacious with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The shower had great pressure and there were plenty of toiletries. Loved the pool area with sun loungers. The breakfast options were tasty. The staff was super helpful at the front desk!
